Strike the right balance between facilities optimisation and workstyle requirements: in other words, reduce real estate overheads without damaging productivity and engagement. This means going beyond simple analysis of desk and meeting room utilisation  and delving into where the value is actually generated: your people.

We each have different strengths, interests, and ways of working to our organisation’s common goals.
